What the Qura’n says about these two methodsTHE METHODS

The methods give an inkling of the modus of the crime when the blood stained clothes or other clues of the accused are examined. The witnesses of the neighbors and the despair of the accused are also to be considered. Some times the judge is helped by the negation of any link between the crime and the accused, like the accused being of good and sound moral character and this also helps the arrest of the actual criminal. Some times the judge may issue an edict which is the result of his experience and perception. This sort of argument is not limited to not only this case but is often used to solve historical and social problems as well. Even the presumption of the medical sconce is taken into consideration and it is not possible to ignore this way even in political issues. They cannot be ignored in most cases.

So we can introduce the truthful apostles in the same way and the difference between them and the false prophets can be discerned. We have to pay attention to three of the following points:

1, what is the form of the proof of the tenets of faith? What is the position of the society and people these days?

2. To ascertain the social conditions in the days when the apostle enjoined the people and the proof of his high attributes at that time.

3. The specifics of behavior, the attributes the habits, the righteousness, abstinence, trusteeship and character of the claimant to prophethood are to be considered.

4. Were the people who followed and obeyed a prophet truthful and intelligent? Were they those with bad character and were wrongdoers.

1. The condition of false prophets and the reason behind their sacrifices.

2. Was the path that they traveled according to the laws or was it sinful and illogical?

3. How did the claimant to prophethood reject the deed of a person who was accused of being connected with social evils? Does he take steps to rectify the social evils or does he act just for the purpose of attaining a high post in the government?

4. Was there any greed for the world and wealth with high status in the claimant to prophethood?

5. What was his behavior with the enemies; did he treat them justly or not?

10 Does he do things for personal benefits or does he stand for the established norms of society?

All these methods are valid for every claimant special or otherwise ((this is above those preaching that become beacons of light and which prove his falsehood or truthfulness without taking the help of miracles but through ordinary means) Sometimes it becomes a solid proof for things we have already mentioned. this will be discussed when we deal with the details about the Messenger’s life Inshallah.

It is also important to note that he hadiths of the history tell us that the religion of the people is attached to God and this is known because of these methods only. When the enemies felt ashamed on their stand it resulted in their conversion (to Islam). If we present all the hadiths about it then we will have a very beautiful and fruitful discussion which will reflect the light of belief because the believer is aware of these methods and without any discussion about miracles.
