Some of the chiefs and nominal lettered and learned men from among the pagan Arabs, such as VALID-IBN-MAGHEEREH; who thought too much of himself, in a surprising tone used to say:ِ ``In spite of a gentleman like me, why should Allah have elected a man such as Mohammad, who is not rich, nor learned, as His Messenger?'' So the above verse (NO.75) revealed to teach them that Allah who is All-seeing, All-hearing knows the best who has the necessary merits and qualifications, to be elected as the Messenger of God:ِ
``Allah chooses from among the angels Messengers, and from among people too, that He is the All-hearing, All-seeing.''
