The Apostles and the knowledge of Qura’n and others What is the science of names? (Ilmul Asmaa)

There is no doubt that apostles need to have the complete knowledge of the basic tenets and their branches that are needed to propagate the realization of God, the commandments, and the betterment of human beings. These things help them in attaining their high objectives and it is no secret that the absence of these things may create obstacles in the path of their mission. The solution for this is necessary.

In the same way the solutions for spreading the laws related to the human beings, the formation of a society of believers in God and others are also necessary. This is because the apostles have the responsibility of spreading awareness and literacy though we agree that this is common for all apostles. Abraham was the leader and guide of his people; Solomon, David, Moses, Imran and Joseph were given worldly kingdoms as well. Noah too was also like an administrator of his society and this can be understood from the events of the deluge. This is also very evident and that the Last Messenger was a representative of God as well a ruler of men and he created a society based on the laws of God.

You need knowledge to administrate such a society and mistakes and sins will jeopardize but the presence of such things will help in the religious leadership and the creation of a God fearing society.

The presence of these things are an intellectual proof of a Godly society but if the apostles do not have vast knowledge they will be considered as unreliable and the objective of their mission will be nullified. Is it necessary that the apostles should also have the knowledge of things that are not directly connected with their mission? Do they have to possess the knowledge of medicine, mathematics, botany, astronomy, physics, and others?

In other words is it necessary for the prophets to be perfect in knowledge other than what has been bestowed upon the specifically, like the knowledge of medicine and cannot the guide for mankind be bereft of these knowledge?

Some people believe that there is no reason to confirm such knowledge and these people present the verses of the Qura’n and traditions as proof to widen the parameters of their argument.

It is intellectually desired that the apostles of God should be adept in all kinds of knowledge but the proof through quotations etc proves it better and does not go against the first one.

The quoted proof enhance their positive attributes or in other words the possibility of these kinds of knowledge enhances the proof of their infallibility. This helps the people accept their invitation (to God).
