WOE TO THE SINFUL LIAR
VERSE NO.7-11
Here the argument is about those who hear and see the signs of God, but it has no effect on them for being sinners and liars.
He who hears the message of truth, and sees the signs of God, and still resorts to falsehood in his attitude towards God, is indeed a wretched, and deserves a painful and humiliating punishment.
In the verse NO.8, the phrase, ``GOOD NEWS OF PUNISHMENT'' is ironical, because the news of punishment cannot be a good one.
The said group of sinful liars, hear and understand the truth, but insist upon their false assertion arrogantly, as if they have heard nothing! Even if they know something of God's signs, they take it for mockery! Why so?
The sinner who has piled up the best things of this material world, may think that he has gathered together all sorts of helpers for himself. But in the Day of a serious need, he will find everything and everyone, other than God, to be useless. He who is drowning himself, what kind of a help or protection can give to others?
Such a people will have a hell of their deeds beyond them! According to the principle of cause and effect, evil will end to evil, and the outcome of bad deeds cannot be other than hell, or anything good at all.
